We are seeking a great Human Resource Manager to join our team in Donegal Town to Recruit, Train, Reward, Engage & Retain our top Sales Team.

Kelco was formed in January 1997 and has grown to be the Vodafone Franchise partner for the West of Ireland with 19 stores across counties Donegal, Mayo, Galway & Clare. Due to rapid and continued expansion of our business we are currently looking for great people to join our Management Team. Our company is a market leader in the supply of Vodafone Mobile, Fixed & Data Communications products and services. We love what we do!
Who you are:
You enjoy working as part of a team to deliver business strategy through people. You have a broad HR generalist experience with a passion for both people and business success. You are collaborative, curious and results driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people. Previous experience in a similar role and CIPD qualification is required.
Impressively strong interpersonal skills: you need to create positive and healthy relationships with all employees and management.

Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires.
Resource planning and administration to ensure efficient staffing across our 19 stores.
Enable business growth through people planning and management in line business strategy.
Lead employee engagement and well-being programs and initiatives to create an engaged high performing workforce and an admired business culture.
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems such as a digital workplace, employee performance management and learning & development.
Provide counselling on policies, procedures and employment law for all staff. Working in co-operation with our external HR partner to ensure a high quality of service and legal compliance.
Bring the ‘Outside In’ – ensure knowledge of external HR trends and best practice is maintained and shared within the management team to drive change where required.
Act as a trusted advisor within the management team and frontline employees.
We are based in Donegal Town. You would be expected to attend our Donegal office when you are not out with our amazing sales teams along the Wild Atlantic Way. Donegal Town is a great place to live and you will find many great and different things to do here, as the saying goes, "Donegal, Up here it's different"
