We are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the #teamofus based in Donegal Town on Ireland’s inspiring Wild Atlantic Way.

Who you are:
You enjoy working as part of a team to deliver business strategy through people. You have a broad HR generalist experience with a passion for both people and business success. You are collaborative, curious and results focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people.
CIPD qualification or the willingness to work towards achieving certification with us is preferred.
To continuously align our HR function and activities with the strategic objectives of the business and enable the goals of our people.
Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires.
Resource planning and administration to ensure efficient staffing and operations across our 19 stores.
Enable business growth and business continuity through people planning and management in line business strategy.
Lead employee engagement and well-being programs and initiatives to create an engaged high performing workforce and an admired business culture.
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems such as a digital workplace, employee performance management and learning & development.
Provide counselling on policies, procedures and employment law for all staff. Working in co-operation with our external HR partner to ensure a high quality of service and legal compliance.
Bring the ‘Outside In’ – ensure knowledge of external HR trends and best practice is maintained and shared within the management team to drive change where required.
Act as a trusted advisor within the management team and frontline employees.
