Digital Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a driven, hard-working and self-motivated individual to join our digital marketing team at Kelco Communications to help drive traffic and sales across our E-Commerce site and assist the Marketing manager with day to day operational activities
As the Digital Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for:
Working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to plan and deliver focused digital marketing strategies and activity
Generating innovative ideas and high quality engaging content to promote our brands and our products eg. blog posts, social posts, stories
Updating and monitoring social media accounts – replying to messages
Helping manage company websites stock and inventory
Identify outreach opportunities with digital media outlets, bloggers and influencers
Conducting research to identify new market opportunities to support campaign creations
Increasing web traffic and conversions through organic and paid content
Tracking and measuring website metrics utilising Google Analytics, Search Console an E-Commerce data and make recommendations that will improve business performance
Staying up to date with industry news and developments, monitor competitor activity, customer behaviour and latest trends to improve the performance of our promotional activity.
Keenly interested in new technology
Sales driven with an immense amount of drive and determination
An excellent communicator able to write captivating copy to engage existing users and attract new users
A creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
Able to work on your own initiative, plan, prioritise and multi-task
The ideal candiate will have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing
1 years’ experience in a similar role with a track record of success (advantage)
Experience in creating campaigns to drive ecommerce sales
Experience with Adobe suite (advantage)
Experience with Shopify & Wix (advantage)
