As a Retail Sales Manager you will be passionate and motivated in driving sales and meeting targets. You will play a key role in supporting your store in achieving targets while providing a high level of customer service. • Have previous experience managing a team of sales professionals; ideally within the telecommunications retail sector.

About the role:

• Achieve individual and store sales targets, by aligning own efforts towards achieving store / team goals.

• Consistently deliver a first-class experience to our customers. Listen to and advise customers on Vodafone products and services.

• Take ownership of your customer's queries or needs, dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion.

• The Store Manager reports to the Area Manager, together they work towards the store targets. The Store Manager takes responsibility for the success of their store.

• Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed time frames.
