About the Role:

• You will act as the face of Vodafone, dealing with customers queries and looking for new opportunities to upsell and cross sell Vodafone products and services

• During each interaction you will profile customers to fully understand their wants and needs before pitching the best solution to them with confidence

• You will help ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently while tracking sales performance and targets

• You will ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to and contracts are compliant

• The store is open Monday to Saturday, so weekend availability is a must.
