As a Retail Sales Manager you will be passionate and motivated in driving sales and meeting targets, while delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in supporting your store in achieving targets while providing a high level of customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your sales career with uncapped commission in an innovative, team orientated environment.

Have previous experience managing a team of sales professionals; ideally within the telecommunications retail sector.
Communicate with influence and have excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

About the role:
Achieve individual and store sales targets, by aligning own efforts towards achieving store / team goals.
Consistently deliver a first-class experience to our customers. Listen to and advise customers on Vodafone products and services.
Take ownership of your customer's queries or needs, dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion.
The Store Manager reports to the Area Manager, together they work towards the store targets. The Store Manager takes responsibility for the success of their store.
Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed time frames.
