About the Role:

• We are looking to hire an ambitious and highly motivated telesales executives to join our team of sales professionals in our call centre in Donegal Town.

• You will ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to and contracts are compliant

• Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls

• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

• Generate promising leads.

• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.

About You:

• You are available to be on-location 5 days a week

• The call centre is open Monday - Saturday, so weekend availability is essential.

• You are self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for achieving targets/goals.

• You can build rapport, understand people’s needs and convince others to your way of thinking

• You are a strong team player with a friendly competitive edge

• You see opportunities not problems

• You like to push yourself and to better yourself

We Offer:

• Weekly wage of €12.20 per hour paid directly into your account

• Realistic on target earnings of €32k+ (Uncapped Commission, the sky is the limit)
