We are looking to hire an ambitious and highly motivated telesales executive to join our team of sales professionals.
Utilising inbound and outbound telephone calls, the successful candidate will look for every opportunity to maximise sales and achieve targets.
The telesales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling and up-selling our products and services, assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining accurate records.
To be successful as a telesales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing telesales executive must be comfortable profiling customers, presenting products or services over the phone as well as overcoming objections.
Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keeping accurate records.
Processing all customer purchases in line with company policy.
Generate promising leads.
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.
Telesales Executive Requirements:
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
