December is always a special time of year and this year we made it a priority to celebrate our staff, embrace the festive spirit and give back where we could. Throughout the month, we shared moments that brought people together, both in and outside of the workplace, reminding us of the importance of connection at this time of year.

The Toy Show Treat Box – A Festive Thank You to Our Team 🎁

To kick off the festive season, we surprised all our staff with a Toy Show Treat Box as a small thank you for their hard work throughout the year. Each box was filled with treats for staff and their families to enjoy together while sitting down to watch the Toy Show.

It was a simple way to bring a little festive magic into people’s homes and encourage quality time with loved ones.

Coffee Morning for ALONE – Coming Together for a Cause ☕

We also hosted a coffee morning, treating staff to coffee and festive goodies while supporting a very important cause. On the day, staff generously donated and helped raise funds for ALONE, a charity that supports older people who may be experiencing loneliness, particularly during the winter months.

The event was a great example of how coming together over a cup of coffee can have a meaningful impact beyond the workplace.

Christmas Jumper Day – Spreading Festive Cheer 🎄

Adding a bit of fun to the month, Christmas Jumper Day brought plenty of colour and festive cheer to the workplace. Staff fully embraced the day, wearing their favourite jumpers and helping to create a relaxed, cheerful atmosphere in the lead-up to Christmas. It was a lovely reminder that sometimes it’s the small moments of fun that make the season special.
