We are happy to exchange any phones or accessories supplied by us within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Return of phones for exchange must have original shrink wrap and security seal intact. Accessories being returned for exchange must be unopened & unused. Mobile Top-Ups and/ or SIM Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged once issued.
Faulty Phone Returns
Faulty phones purchased from us can be returned with a valid receipt, up to 28 days, for an exchange providing fault is identified by supplier. All returns must be free from marks or scratches & be accompanied by the complete packaging, accessories, manuals, any promotional products supplied with the handset & a valid receipt. Please allow between 7 and 10 working days for fault verification*. If your return does not include any of the items listed above it will be sent to the manufacturer repair center for repair. After 28 days your handset will be sent to the manufacturer approved repair center to be repaired under the repair warranty. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Our methods of payment are Credit/ Debit Cards (Contactless or Chip & Pin Only). We do not accept cash, cheques or provide credit accounts.
Faulty Accessory Returns
Faulty accessories supplied by us* will be exchanged in-store once we can verify the fault & you provide us with a valid receipt within 1 year of purchase. *This excludes Apple & Beats products. Customers must contact Apple Customer Care directly, where a resolution (repair or replacement) will be processed by the Apple Care team. Contact Apple via https://www.apple.com/ie/contact/.
Accessories which are customer damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Mobile Broadband Returns
If you purchase a Mobile Broadband device & you are unhappy with your coverage you can return this device within 72 hours for a refund.* The returned device must include all packaging, accessories, manuals & a valid receipt & must be returned within 72 hours. Outside of the 72 hours, Mobile Broadband returns as part of the Vodafone Mobile Broadband T&Cs see you responsible for all termination charges incurred within the contract period, calculated as the sum of the monthly tariff charges which would otherwise be payable until the end of the Minimum Period. *Please note, SIM cards and Mobile Top-Ups are not included. SIM cards and Mobile Top-Ups cannot be refunded or exchanged once issued.
