Shop Sales & Service Consultants Required – You could be the perfect fit! 

We are currently seeking Sales & Service Consultants for our busy Kelco Communications stores in Donegal and Mayo. Our store locations in Donegal include Donegal Town, Ballybofey, Ballyshannon, Buncrana, Dungloe, Killybegs, Letterkenny Main Street and Letterkenny Forte Retail Park and in Mayo include Westport and Ballina.

The successful candidate(s) will be required to work as part of a team, selling mobile and fixed communications products and services, to drive sales and achieve targets, and to build customer loyalty through impeccable customer service.

The successful candidate(s) must be computer literate, fluent in English, have excellent communication skills and be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.

The desired candidate(s) should be friendly, confident and engaging, willing to work as part of a team and have the ability to work on their own initiative. Previous sales and customer service experience in a target driven environment is a distinct advantage.
